This morning, during my workout, I started thinking. I slept like a baby last night, but that is absolutely nok always the case.
I have this thing I do, when I lie awake. I think you have all tried it. You wake up, and then your mind starts to wander. You think about what to do the next day. You think about work, that you should call your friend to tell her something, or just that you should buy coffee.
Most of the things are completely ridiculous. It started happening to me… A lot… And granted, I DO have a lot on my plate, but I like it that way. So, what did I do? I started writing things down. I have a small notebook next to my bed, and when I start thinking, I just write down what I am thinking about so that I know I will remember it the next day and also to help me let go of it. Some nights it turns out to be a whole page and other nights it’s just a sentence. But it works!
This is what I want to tell you today. If you want to have a good night sleep, and want to keep things a bit simpler, this is one thing that you could do.
