All the stuff you don’t need

Do you know that feeling of wanting to live a more simple life? I have this book that I read, every now and again, and it keeps reminding me of things that I could implement in my life, in order to bring simplicity. I usually read it, every time my life changes – when I get a new job, move to a new city or as now, when I started studying again. It’s called and I love it. It sounds like these “help yourself” books, and in a way, it is, but not in a traditional way.

It is not a book that tells you what to do, and what not to do, but it helps you to think and reflect.

What do I want to change? What should I focus on, in order to be happy? Do I live like I want to live? Am I doing what is best for me?

I believe that these questions are very important to ask yourself, every once in a while. For me, they help me embrace. Embrace people, embrace change and embrace the possibility to be more patient. They also help me to get things done, and clean up… and out!

You know that feeling when you have a million old things? I recently moved, as you know, and I started unpacking things that I haven’t seen for 3 years. You know what I found out? I didn’t miss most of the stuff! At all! So now I have started sorting things, and putting them in boxes (and label it: to be sold – or give it away). This summer I will sell it all.. Next challenge… I have to sort out my clothes as well… at least half of it, should go. Please send thoughts of support!
